Hi, my name is Phil. I began my journey with MK London Link Ltd in 1997 as a local driver, collecting and delivering parcels to customers across Milton Keynes — a role I proudly held for four years.
In 2025, I became a co-owner of the company, continuing my long-standing commitment to providing fast, reliable, and customer-focused courier services nationwide. Over the years, I’ve been involved in every part of the business — from operations and logistics to customer relations and driver support — always focused on delivering the highest level of service.
Now, I’m back out on the road, collecting and delivering once again — something I’ve always enjoyed. Being hands-on allows me to meet our valued customers, strengthen customer relationships, and gain real-world insight into how our service can continue to improve.
Even after more than two decades in the courier industry, I still get the same satisfaction from a successful delivery as I did on my very first day — because great service never goes out of style.

Hi, My name is Josh. I joined MK London Link Ltd in 2015, and over the years I’ve loved constantly learning more about the courier and logistics industry.
In 2025, I joined Phil in becoming co-owner of the company, taking responsibility for keeping everything running smoothly in the office while Phil is out on the road meeting customers. My role focuses on planning routes for our same-day delivery drivers, ensuring prompt collection times and efficient journeys that help reduce emissions, supporting our goal to become a more environmentally friendly courier company.
I take pride in supporting a team that values reliability, efficiency, and premium customer service, and I’m always looking for ways to improve our operations and the overall delivery experience for every client.
